@ben Very nice, I have a solar powered set of Mits. I have some Brown & Sharpe ones and an old set of Mahr's as well.

@kmckaig I don't use them much, then every couple of months or so they save the day. Today I was reverse engineering a custom sticker sheet, the ruler just wasn't giving me the sub-mm measurements I needed.

@ben I got a pair from Harbor Freight, they work alright but I'm only checking tolerances and clearance for engine parts. Best tool for rotors and pads.

@me If you are doing anything remotely mucky, you don't want to go too crazy because eventually they get cacked up and can't measure super accurately.

@ben tell me about it. Only clean, dry parts when I'm gathering measurements
